Join our team as a Customer Support Representative with Dutch!
You will support our client, a global provider of innovative e-mobility solutions, serving car manufacturers, fleet managers, and electric vehicle users. Through its advanced platforms and services, the company provides access to one of Europe’s largest charging networks and actively supports the transition toward more sustainable mobility.
In this role, you will provide high-quality customer support via inbound channels, including voice and email. You will assist customers with billing and account-related inquiries, as well as other service-related topics, helping ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
REQUERIMENTS
• Advanced Dutch language skills (C1 level)
• English language skills at B2 level or higher
• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, in shifts between 09:00 and 21:00, in a hybrid work setup based in our Bucharest office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer skills, including MS Office
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Experience in contract or account management is considered a plus
• Experience with billing, invoicing or payment processes is an advantage
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
