Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Advanced level of Dutch and English
- Completed high school diploma
- Full-time availability
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to understand and empathize with customer concerns
- *The position is fully office-based in Sofia.
- *There are no options for home office or hybrid work.
- *The role is full-time (8 hours) – no part-time options available.
- Working hours: 09:00 am - 21:00 pm Mon – Sun with two days off.
- With rotational shifts: One shift from 9:00 to 18:00 and one from 12:00 to 21:00
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in call center or customer service (training will be provided)
- Ability to navigate multiple browser tabs simultaneously
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications (or willingness to learn)
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
